Enrolling your dog is simple. We start with an initial assessment to ensure your dog is comfortable and suited to our day care environment. You’ll complete a short registration form, share vaccination records, and we’ll introduce your dog gradually to our team and play groups. Once approved, you can book sessions easily on a regular or ad-hoc basis.

For the safety of all dogs, up-to-date vaccinations are mandatory. Your dog must be fully vaccinated against Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, and Leptospirosis, and have the Kennel Cough (Bordetella) vaccine. Dogs should also be flea- and worm-treated regularly and in good general health before attending. Puppies must have completed their full vaccination course before joining The Lounge.

Yes. Every dog in our care is constantly supervised by qualified, experienced professionals. We maintain small play groups based on size, age, and temperament to ensure safe and positive interactions.
